An idea of the pricing

In order to make sure that we deliver a top quality service, we propose to work as follows:

Briefing : get to know the general context of the performance and collect all required information

• Objective(s) of the event
• Speakers and topics 
• Musical colour to be given to the whole event or by topic
• Estimated durations (of speeches)
• Type of audience, demographics
• Date(s), place(s), time(s)

Confirmation: sending an offer based on the above

• Detailed offer and draft contract

• Booking invoice  (40% of the total amount)
• Demos and specific arrangements if appropriate

Practical: set the stage

• Contacts with the technical team (sound&lights)
• Technical sheet
• Access to the premises, misc.

Debriefing: 

• Evaluation of the performance
• Final invoice

 The basic price for a standard performance with the various steps described above (see the Interludes page) is 950 € + VAT. This is for information only, to be adapted after the briefing.
